Business Analyst (healthcare Domain) Job in Rishabh Software

Overview

He/She will be responsible to help the organization to improve their processes and systems. They conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Min. 3 to 5 years as SME with overall 6 to 10 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience in providing business solutions to software projects in a services/product development environment
• Experience in end to end requirements development and management
• Drive solution proposition, prototype, POC s based on competitive analysis and industry trends
• Conduct domain trainings across the organization
• Support sales and marketing to develop whitepapers, blogs, and articles
• Self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal & written communication, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness & diplomacy, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and teamwork.

Skills Required

• Thorough knowledge of industry-related regulatory compliances and possess understanding on Governance, Risk, and Compliance including,
  • HIPAA in depth
  • HL7 medium level as this is bit technical
  • Others SNOMED, ICD-10, DICOM, etc., awareness from the usage in the applications point of view
• Thorough business knowledge EMR, Virtual Care, Mobile Health, Telehealth, Payer Services (claims)
• Posses deeper understanding of market dynamics including tools and technologies prominently used in the industry:
  • EMR application development (Role: BA, UAT) must
  • Integration EMR with other providers, payers must
  • Healthcare analytics must
  • Telehealth strongly preferred
  • Mobile health strongly preferred
  • Migrations preferred
  • Usage of various technologies awareness
