Job Summary
Position - SME - Sales Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities
- Initiating sales with potential SME clients over the phone for their travel requirements.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales and arrange appointments for the Sales Team.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods and services enrolled.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide information as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize & work under stress.
- Ability to work across functions to ensure timely completion of task
