Job Summary

Position - SME - Sales Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities

  • Initiating sales with potential SME clients over the phone for their travel requirements.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales and arrange appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods and services enrolled.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide information as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize & work under stress.
  • Ability to work across functions to ensure timely completion of task
