Key Responsibilities

• The Dynamics Engineer will be responsible for creating new environments, backing up, maintaining and upgrading the D365 systems.
• The Engineer is expected to maintain Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Services, including Installation, Upgrade, Patching and Maintenance, Backup, Restore etc across, DEV, Sandbox and Production environments.
• Work with Development and Product teams on considerations for designing operationally smart applications for deployment in cloud environments, focusing on performance, security, and budgeting
• Manage deployment and validation of patches.
• Be seen as the Operations expert for our D365 infrastructure and ensuring that we are compliant
• Ensure that upgrade processes and technical estate maps are kept current and auditable
• Act as the conduit between RM and a number of third party providers that assist us in managing our D365 estate

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Should be a graduate in any discipline with more than 2 - 6 years of experience in MS Dynamics OPS role.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 architecture (Finance & Operations)
• Background in Dynamics 365 FinOps Systems Architecture, and Operations.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps and Enterprise Application Integrations.
• Exposure to Team Foundation Server (TFS and VSTS).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 build and deploy tools (Microsoft Releases)
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Automated Deployments with Continuous Integration workflows.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 workflows, Asset Library, LCS etc.

Desired Skills

• Scripting experience in PowerShell.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred
• Experience working in Scrum teams.
