Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivers and drives strategic solutions along with continuous improvement initiatives related to software service delivery
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the CMMI guidelines, processes and practices especially QPM process area
  • Performs complex tasks, leads, and directs the work of other associates
  • Manages resource plans both internal and external talent to provide skill sets required for effective delivery

Qualification, Experience & Skill Set

  • BE or M.Tech or M.Sc in computer science or equivalent degree, and 6+ years of leadership and professional software development experience.
  • Lead development teams and implementation of products and enhancements while working with client, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage design, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing products supporting organization and business line objectives
  • Builds relationship and identifies areas of opportunity to improve or enhance customer satisfaction
  • Works closely with execution teams, coordinates resources, established deadlines and assigns responsibilities to deliver projects.
  • Work with teams to define and refine strategy across internal and external clients, looking to continuously improve the customer experience, by challenging the usability, content, and functionality
  • Understands and can deliver in an agile and/or kanban development methodology
  • Develops product vision, strategy, roadmap and key initiatives with stakeholders and teams
  • Must be familiar with evolving trends, open source software, and best practices
  • Experience with the following technologies and frameworks is a must HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS, Angular, React, React Native, JQuery, Xamarin, Andriod, iOS mobile app development
