Job Summary

1. Prospecting for new parties in top 20 cities and beyond post consolidation: generation of interested candidates and enquiries

2. Selection of parties basis interviews with HO and ZO staff (evaluation board) Pre-qualifying and administration of questionnaire/ application form, Legal clearances, proposal guidelines

3. Business case and ROI evaluation and review why BCS, WIIFM for Investor, tools and equipment s list

4. Letter of Intent process seek internal approvals and issue LOI

5. Architect drawings and support for layout creation of new facility (ETP, Scrap, Pollution Control)

6. Supporting BCS partner in implementation of CI guidelines to create infrastructure

7. Sign off on readiness checklist

8. Workshop process training (seven step process of workshop)

9. Contractual Agreement sign off and Inauguration process

10. Activation of code in SAP and DMS

11. Training and implementation of Workshop Management Software

12. Coordination for promotional activities with concept partners for lead generation and Insurance and road side assistance, value added services

13. Coordination with BMD-PC for sales ,Supply ,services and Collection.

14. Under performing partner review, focused monitoring with stakeholders for improving business performance action planning to improve

15. Contract management (legal requirements) Performance evaluation/ Contract renewals/ Contract terminations

16. Termination process basis business reasons/ compliance, etc

17. End customer CSI process implementation and monitoring

18. Visit frequency to improve effectiveness of network relations Relationship Manager

19. Coordinate trainings with tyre, brake and ancillary companies.

20. BCS partner satisfaction survey

21. Learnings from CoCo parts consumption, focus, FRFT, FIFO, increase coverage of Bosch parts

22. Help build the purchase platform

Regular activities on sustenance:

23. Coordination on SQA/ SQT audits and logically concluding

24. Monitoring network performance; monthly review and scorecard Operations, Financial and CS

25. BCS Business planning Annual/ quarterly targets, CSI targets, Targets of enablers like tools and equipment and manpower, concept sustenance

26. Market Intelligence Mapping competition activity and reporting to HO for corrective actions

27. Coordination with BS for market activity to increase customer footfall.

28. Coordination with Sales, SLC team for supply and inventory issues to serve customers.

29. Coordination with third party service provide like Pearl ( BRO platform) to resolve Business data ,settlement of BS incentive etc.
