Job Responsibilities:
Manage business KRAs in the Zone assigned
Deliver overall Revenue & Collections targets budgeted for the assigned Zone
Ensure team members achieve KRAs.
Develop the market and team members for future expansion and growth
Hold effective and productive seminars to generate sales
Knowledge & Skills required :
Should have worked with an established K-12 B2B organization for at least 5 years.
Should have got promoted twice internally in a B2B K-12 company.
Should have a track record of good performance.
Candidate s base location should be the same in his current assignment.
Fluent in communicating in Hindi/English & Regional Language (If applicable)
Should have done presentations/workshop/seminars to generate sales in any of
his/her previous assignments.
Very high on presentation skills
