Job Summary

Job Description:

Pre Sales Support (RFP) & Post Sales Support
Understanding customer s diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;
Ability to create and maintain FRD and FSD
Strong hands-on experience with UML, Flow Charts Diagram, and Scratch prototype
Ability to work in a different time zone to support clients meet
Coordinating different teams and managing multiple projects
Operate as an important link between the client and the senior management
Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship

Desired Candidate Profile:

Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences
Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of estimations
Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
Be self driven

Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
