Storage and issue of materials.

 Develop and implement the overall store strategy.
 Monitor day-to-day store operations.
 Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions in a timely manner
 Assisting in Design and implement standards and guidelines for a variety of stores and
their departments
 Hire, lead and evaluate your team
 Set up key store KPIs with section head
 Create reports and presentations for HOD.
 Help and advice to section Head in decision making
 Verification of store materials
 RGP and NRGP monitoring and control
 Review and analysis of inventory of ABC pattern
 Monitoring of minimum and maximum and reordering level
 Stock reconciliation and verifications
 Preparation of MIS pertaining to store head with Monthly Reports.
 Scrap yard management and disposal
 Prepare documentation and control procedure for ISO / TS, EHS and OHSAS.
 Cost reduction & cost control in the area of in & out bound material transportation,
handling, maintain optimum inventory by mentioning available inventory.
