First Class Boiler Operator @ Bhavnagar Job in Rojgari Placements Pvt. Ltd.

Monitor and request sufficient stock of fuels e.g. Furnace oil and Coal.
 Monitor and maintain sufficient level of required quality of boiler feed water in the tank
 Operate chemical dosing system to maintain required quality parameters of feed water
and blow down water quality
 Operate coal handling plant to maintain sufficient stock of coal in the bunker
 Operate Coal fired boiler (14 TPH at 10.54 bar) efficiently to get max. steam:fuel ratio
 Maintain correct furnace firing parameters to have visibly good quality of exhaust gases
 Maintain log book of all operating equipment in the boiler area
 Operate furnace oil fired boiler when coal fired boiler is under maintenance or under
statutory inspection
 Operate thermic fluid heaters (15 lakhs Kcal/Hr and 4 Lkahs Kcal/Hr) and their
peripheral equipment
 Prepare boilers for statutory annual inspection by Dy. Directorate of Boilers
 Coordinate and supervise cleaning and hydro testing of thermic fluid heaters as per
preventive maintenance schedule
 Sampling of thermic fluid for quarterly analysis as per statutory requirement
 Coordinate sampling of boiler stack for measuring stack parameters by external agency
must have exclusive experience of AFBC Boiler.
