Job Summary
Job Description :
- Identifying project technical risks and providing technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation.
- Understand company needs to define system specifications
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams
- Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both users needs and business goals
- Validates information delivery by developing and completing usability test plans; evaluating traffic patterns; studying user feedback; coordinating with Usability Specialists.
- Defining scope of work, analyzing requirements, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment.
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
