Job Summary
- Travel (Outstation & Local) on short notice to customer site
- Carry basic tools & spares required at site.
- Respond to customers on priority.
- Do basic analysis of problem and take corrective actions at site.
- Prepare MOM/ Service reports.
- Keep record of Service Visits for ISO documentation.
- Maintain spares required formaintenance.
- Report major site related issues to Service Manager / Immediate Senior.
