Job Description Summary A natural team-member to lead a team of IT technical support team spread across different locations and guide them to debug issues faced by LIMS users. Preferred application development experience of Labware LIMS Basic or minimum 4 years of development experience with VB 6.0 /VB .Net, Crystal Reports ver. 11 and MS-SQL 2016 queries Good verbal and written communication skills. Craft strategies for developing data definitions, developing standard system that all team members use to handle issues. Co-ordinate with Vendors, site IT and Business team for investigation of root-cause of issue. Keeping track of strategies followed towards support with proper documentation. Update documents on regular intervals. Knowledge of integrating instruments with application will be good to have. Knowledge of creation of master-data to convert paper-based system into electronic form will be good to have. Ensure company and corporate policies are followed. Ability to effectively communicate with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Regular status update to superiors and all stake-holders of the project. Understanding of regulations followed by Pharmaceuticals such as 21 CFRPart 820, Part 211, Part 11. Understanding of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and change management in a GxP environment.
