Technical Scrum Master Job in Rs Consultants

Job responsibilities Corrdinate and manage scrum team by diligently applying scrum principles and Practices. Coach and facilitate agile practices including, Sprint planning, Daliy stand-up,reviews retrospectives, Demo and Release palnning. Focus on resolving impediments and facilitate the team for better co ordination and improve the efficiency of the team. Guiding the team on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks Own and drive backlog refinement and management, prioritize user stories, create acceptance criteria that results in clients core business outcomes being met. Work closely with Product owner to develop and maintain the product backlog and strategy. Requirements: Educational background University degree (Preferred, Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Degree) Job Requirements 3 plus years of software product management with strong experience in Agile methodology and frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN etc..) Hands-on software product development experience of SaaS(software as a Service) and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) is a plus. Experience in delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, delegate within the team Fluency in English, other language skills are meriting Willingness to travel to support project activities Product development of SaaS (Software as a Service) and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) Certifications in Scrum Master adds advantage(PSM or CSM) Experience in Industrial Condition Monitoring, service and maintenance
