RSA has multiple Product Groups of which NetWitness is a flagship product in the SIEM domain. RSA is looking for a Software Engineer who has a passion for coding and developing next generation applications. This role requires design thinking to build applications for great user experience, large scale and high availability and is ideal for self-motivated professionals who can learn on the go, improvise and deliver enterprise class products in an agile manner

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of software engineers on RSA NetWitness Software suite.
• Analyze business goals and product requirements and contribute to overall product qualification and successful release.
• Responsible for end-to-end quality of deliverables.
• Create / Review system and functional test cases and workflows
• Ensure product / features are delivered with high performance, scalability, and reliability with 0 functional regressions
• Collaborate with DevOps to build a highly mature CI/CD and Deployment pipeline
• Focus on Customer centric solutions, implement and deliver in short intervals
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across Geos
• Work independently and effectively within and across teams. Work independently and effectively within and across teams.
• Working experience in AWS or Azure or GCP.

Essential Requirements:

• 5 8 years of experience in quality and test life cycle using programming language such as JavaScript/Python.
• Expert in leading and planning and coverage of product test suite spanning functional, regression, integration, PSR, upgrade and Security workflows.
• Working experience on Linux platform
• Experience in backend and UI automation and tools like Selenium, SilkTest, QTP etc
• Good debugging, problem solving and RCA skills
• Ability to learn new tools, languages and security domain on the job
• Experience with automation/configuration management using either Jenkins, Dockers, Chef or equivalent is good to have.
• Software Development Experience in Security domain / products, a big PLUS
• Exposure to Agile development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code, design, and unit test review
• Good team player
