Qualification : Graduate /Post Graduate/Diploma in Mech/ MBA

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
