Qualification:

Education : BE/Diploma -Mechanical
Experience : 2 to 3 Year Experience and Fresher
Salary: Depends on Experience
Personal : Good Attitude/Discipline/Team player/Eager to Learn and Work.

Technical Experience:

• Trained on CAD Tool - SOLIDWORKS/CAMWORKS
• Expericened on Machine design fundamentals
• Drafting practices as per ISO at par industry-hands on
• Experience on Basics of GD&T and application
• Expericene on Engineering materials & Heat treatment
• Experience on Metal cutting processes and cutting tools
• Design of Machine elements.
• Design of CNC Machine Tool
  • Design of Spindles and axes and castings
  • Knowledge on Bearings, ballscrew, guideways, couplings, work holding, tool holdings, turret, Tail stock, Head stock lubrication, design validation for life, reliability and optimization.
• Know about hydraulics, pneumatics, machine electronics and electrical
• Know about industrial design & ergonomics
• Design of fixture & gear box
