Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business offerings and clientele of rtCamp.
  • Operate as the single point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned client account(s) to handle renewals, relationship development, escalations, training, and upsells.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics; meet and exceed account revenue targets.
  • Conduct continuous diligence for their accounts to identify opportunities in other business units, identify stakeholders and find references to facilitate solution pitches.
  • Closely liaison with rtCamp s channel partners to identify new opportunities, and lead the pitching presentation of the solution to the customer stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to generate case-studies, testimonials and other related growth documentation.
  • Be actively involved in researching and gathering market intelligence and strategic analysis to increase business opportunities.

Must Haves:

  • 3 5 years of experience in Account development & management.
  • Executive presentation skills.
  • Good communication.
  • Stakeholder management & relationship building.
  • Contract management.

Good to Have:

  • Sales & business development experience.
  • Good understanding of web publishing platforms.
  • Experience working with channel partners in an enterprise environment.
