Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML software architecture, development, and deployment.
• Deliver proof-of-concepts and technology demonstrators across global R&D teams.
• Contribute to international conferences and publish research papers.
• Identify and explore disruptive trends in AI/ML, CV, NLP, and Generative AI.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and one of C/C++/C#/Java.
• Strong background in AI/ML for embedded or cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and software pipelines.
• 8+ years in software/AI roles; 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master s in CS, Electronics, or Avionics.
• AI/ML certifications; Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred.
