Job Summary
Look after joining formalities, the induction program for new hires, maintaining employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, internal transfers etc. Manage Payroll, attendance and leave records and ensure the processing of payroll on time Training and Development. Ensure the timely implementation of the periodic and annual appraisal process. Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters Reporting. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Documentation records as per ISO Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations General Administration Handle Labour Court matters. Excellent communication skills, with good proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Odia as well as Hindi. Very good analytical skills. Excellent Computer Skills in MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word and MS Outlook. Should be capable of carrying out research and acquiring relevant data for any Market Research activity. Should possess exceptional network that can be used in liaison and obtaining statutory clearances from authorities.
