Job Summary

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including, Month and end-year process. Accounts payable/receivable Cash receipts. General ledger Payroll and utilities, Treasury, budgeting, Cash forecasting, Revenue, and expenditure variance analysis Capital assets reconciliations, Trust account statement reconciliations, Check runs, Fixed asset activity, and Debt activity. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Provide recommendations. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Meet financial accounting objectives. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Prepare P & L account, prepare BRS, payment & Received account maintain as per Ho Account, maintain GSTN Challan Records, payment Etc. as per instructions. Prepare attendance, salary, PF & ESIC Challan timely Payments & Return as per instructions from HR Department, Udaipur. Prepare Legal work papers like subsidy work, Factory license, MPCB, timely payment renewal fees,s etc. Stock & Validation as per instructions.
