Civil Engineer

Job Profile:

• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Undertaking complex calculations related to building and material.
• Liaising with variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Compiling job specs and supervising the same
• Resolving design and development problems
• Managing project resources and ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within time.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
• Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
• Direct construction and maintenance activities at project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour to determine project feasibility.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.
• Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
• Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing.
• Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings.
