Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across all roles and levels i.e., junior, mid, senior using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Should be able to conduct virtual interviews through video conferencing to check the candidate fitment for the job role.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Perform background/reference checks for selected/shortlisted candidates specific to the position they are selected for.
  • Regular interaction and coordination with hiring managers and sales team.
  • Understand the business requirements of the stake holders.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
