Job Summary

General Purpose:
RxLogix Corporation is seeking a System Analyst to join our team to provide support related activities for various PV Applications. Primary responsibility of this person would be to work in a 24x7 support team providing support for RxLogix Reporting Platform and Argus.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • L1 and L2 Support
  • Issue Management and Q&A
  • Configuration Management
  • Client Management
  • SLA Tracking
    Minimum Requirements:
  • B.Tech or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working on multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SQL and PL/SQL is a plus
  • Prior Support experience
  • Experience in managing and working in a team which provides 24x7 support.
