Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and drive the development of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle, translating user needs into actionable product features, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand user needs: Integrate user needs into the product roadmap and strategy.
- Define and prioritize features: Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs and market demand.
- Set sprint goals: Detail user stories for the development team and set goals for each sprint.
- Collaborate with developers: Work closely with developers to ensure that product features are accurately implemented.
- Data analysis: Analyze data to validate product goals and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Track progress: Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of features and functionality.
- Test and accept features: Test and accept delivered product features based on defined user stories and requirements.
- Coordinate releases: Coordinate product release launches to ensure smooth deployment.
- Translate feedback: Translate user feedback and research into actionable insights to continuously enhance the product.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
- Solid technical background, with understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional software development teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Preferred MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
