We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers / TeleSales Executive in Chennai to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective TeleSales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Responsibilities:
• Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
• Answer queries about products or the company.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
• Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• E-mail Communication
Requirements:
• Work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good time management abilities. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Hard-working individual. Ability to manage stress and pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
• Gender: No gender Preferences.
• Age Limit: Between 20 to 30 years.
• Education: Bachelors (Preferred).
• Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with Good communication skills.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Languages: Fluent English is a must. Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (Preferred) – Chennai Location. Fluent English is a must and Hindi is Mandatory – UAE Location.

Salary & Supplemental pay types:
• Salary is according to local market standards and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
