Full Job Description

• Exp. in Software/IT Services sales
• Sales through inbound lead follow-up & Outbound cold calls & Emails
• Have basic knowledge in SAAS products
• Technical Graduate background added advantage
• IT Software Sales experience, International sale
• Cold calling and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Excellent communication skills - Any one (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and English)
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis into CRM.
• Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.

• Salary: 10,000 - 18,000 per month
• Schedule: Day Shift
• Experience Telesales: Min. 1 year
