Job Summary
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists or leads.
  • Introduce products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and address them effectively.
  • Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or attend events.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

    Location- Indore
    Shift Timings- 10:00AM- 7:00 PM
Minimum qualification requirement
  • Preferred - telecalling skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in INDORE

    Required - Good command over English,Hindi

    Experience Required :

    0 to 1 Years
