Job Summary
- The candidate must have an MBA with a Human Resources specialization.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR-Recruitment domain / functional experience in reputed MNCs.
- The candidate should have the latest SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP HCM (ECC and S/4HANA) module (ECC) in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) module in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects.
- Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, and support projects in SAP HCM (ECC and S/4HANA) module.
- Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, Rollout, and support projects in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) module.
- Should have hands-on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin center settings for SF-Onboarding 2.0 (ONB).
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in the SF-ONB module.
- Knowledge of Fiori Apps is a must.
