Job Resposibilities :

• Understanding requirements and performing recruitment processes.
• Handling the whole recruitment process.
• Sourcing and validation through Job Portals. Preparing contents for posting jobs.
• Taking telephonic interviews and maintaining their data in our HR software system.
• Document handling and coordinating with internal departments.
