Job Summary
Salary : 9-12 LPA( with lucrative incentive plans)
Our expanding company is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our growing league. You will be deployed at the extended branch of the company managing the whole of the operations and leading the team. The major objective of having you on board will be to strengthen the roots of the organization as a whole.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations aligned with our quality standards & optimum utilization of resources
- Proper implementation and execution of work flows and SOPs provided by the senior management
- Design the policies and procedures with the help of HOD and implement them
- Identify the loopholes in the process and take immediate actions for the same
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing operations cost
- Maximize the efficiency & productivity of the team
- Hiring the correct manpower on time
Job Specifications:
- MAN manager with great coordination skills
- Thorough understanding of supply chain function
- Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written
- Pressure handling with task prioritizing abilities
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management , FMCG industry must , e-commerce preferred
Education:
- Graduate & above with strong academic performance , MBA in supply chain management preferred
Salary : 9-12 LPA( with lucrative incentive plans)
