Tele Caller Job in Sabse Sasta Dukaan

We are seeking 100 customer minded TELECALLERS in the sales department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling Inbound and Outbound Customer calls and taking medicine orders over the call from the customer
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Catering to customer queries requests through Calls Voice Process
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the need.
• Update customer information in the database
• Rectifying, adjusting and also following up to ensure proper resolution of customer issues
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time, related to the profile

Job Specifications:

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Experience:

• 0-3 years
