Job Summary
Salary : 8,000-10,000 in hand
We are seeking 100 customer minded TELECALLERS in the sales department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Customer calls and taking medicine orders over the call from the customer
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Catering to customer queries requests through Calls Voice Process
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the need.
- Update customer information in the database
- Rectifying, adjusting and also following up to ensure proper resolution of customer issues
- Any other jobs assigned from time to time, related to the profile
Job Specifications:
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Experience:
- 0-3 years
Education:
- Graduation
