Job Summary

Sachinshim is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business activities, streamline processes, and ensure smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing projects to optimize efficiency and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve workflow, implement strategies, and achieve performance goals.
  • Assist in managing budgets, analyzing operational costs, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
  • Support HR in managing employee onboarding, scheduling, and training as needed.

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years in operations or a similar role, ideally in a corporate or startup environment.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics is a plus.
