Job Summary

Saevah is looking for a smart and results-oriented PPC Specialist who can be instrumental in growing our business. Candidate will report on performance and action plans to the team lead; propose, plan and execute new advertising campaigns and growth hacks in partnership with other teams to achieve goals set by the clients.The person should be able to think out of the box ideas. For the role of PPC specialist, solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition is absolutely essential.

JobResponsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via various paid search engine marketing platforms
  • Prepare advertising schedules and timelines for client onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenance
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify market trends and competitor insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in PPC campaigns
  • Actively monitoring web traffic using Google Analytics
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, video marketing and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
  • Optimize existing campaigns and maximizing return on investment
  • Prepare informative dashboards, reports & KPIs for both internal users (teams) and clients
  • Write ad copies for PPC campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest, and engagement from the targeted audience
  • Accelerate PPC Marketing using analytical and creative skills
  • Assure keyword targets, landing page content, and text ad copy are all in close alignment and optimized
  • Create and implement A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings
  • Use Google analytics to ensure pay per click campaigns are targeting the desired demographics
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives and uncover new opportunities
  • Keep pace with search engine changes and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordancetoour goals
  • Manage Display network placement lists

Desired Skills and Qualification:

  • 2-3 Years of SEM experience in developing & managing PPC campaigns across Google & Bing
  • Bachelor s degree is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member
  • Ability to deliver consistently at a high level of quality within weekly Agile cycles
  • Flexible and self-motivated
  • Experience within an agency environment, managing multiple accounts strongly preferred
  • Ready to roll up sleeves and solve challenging analytical problems
  • Hyper-organized and keen attention to detail
  • Strong PPC knowledge
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • History of achieving strong ROI for clients
  • Learn and understand the client s business and competition
  • Minimum graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record

Not required, but pluses include:

  • Google AdWords certification
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Familiarity with SEMRush and other digital marketing and tracking tools.
  • Experience in managing paid social media and content marketing campaigns
