JD:
Candidate with 8+ Yrs. of Selenium experience
Selenium (Web Driver), Java, OOPS Concepts.
TestNG, Jenkins, maven\ant - configuration
Framework development from scratch.
Salesforce experience is added advantage.
Automated deployment triggered tests.
Triggering scheduled tests designed in selenium.
Good understanding of xml and service orientated protocols.
Capable of handling Test reporting and test data management.
Should be capable building, understanding, analyzing code issues.
Experience on Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Deployment (CD).
Strong technical aptitude. Must be able to identify, analyze and solve problems.
Should have strong Selenium code debugging, maintenance skills, when and how?
Should have strong communication skills as need to work on requirement from on-shore/client.
Work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as an integral part of a team.
Analyze, interpret, summarize test data, metrics, and communicate results to project team, stakeholders, and management and recommend corrective action.
Identifying potential risks that could endanger project milestones.
Produce regular status reports and articulate status to lead\team as desired.
Help reproduce customer escalations or bugs that are reported by customers.
