Experience

• 2 or more years of experience with master or reference data requirement definition and analysis in operational or analytical/ BI data domains across different Business Units or Business Operations.
• 2 or more years of experience in developing and implementing reference data frameworks nad processes using market or in-house technologies.
• Experience with Informatica MDM master data operation processes and technologies preferred.
• Experience in debugging and error handling of reference data related issues. Experience in Production support to resolve critical issues and interact with teams to ensure successful resolution of the reported incidents.
• Experience working with 3 tiers infrastructure applications.
• Experience in integration of various data sources like Oracle, SQL server and MS access, flat files, and XML files.
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and tools a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good understanding of reference data and reference data processes.
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM, Informatica Powercenter, Informatica Multi Domain Edition, Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality preferred.
• SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL programming skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Self-starter who takes initiatives. Self-learner with excellent organizational skills.
