Job Summary

Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure on Windows Platform

Wiling to support Client desktop systems Network issues, System issues and E-Mail issues.

Email protocols, troubleshooting, VoIP Phones,cloud, Virtualization, Server,Desktop, Network, Windows, Microsoft Outlook, communication skills,

  • Should have experience on Server/Desktop SW management, Network, Windows.
  • Should have strong troubleshooting skills related to end user computing like email client configurations Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must have knowledge on Email protocols Like POP, IMAP and SMTP. Knowledge on O365 E-Mail Issues.
  • Should possess good communication skills.
  • Should have troubleshooting skills on Windows Client systems, Network issues.
  • Knowledge on VoIP Phones.
  • Knowledge on cloud and Virtualization technologies.
