Job Summary

Provisioning Ticket Analyst.

  • Responds to user tickets related to various Customer applications
  • Monitoring group mail box for status alerts and emails
  • Troubleshoots performance issues and escalates tickets with the vendor.
  • Applies service packs and resets passwords.
  • Daily monitoring of status logs post the Pricing tool scheduled run
  • Monitoring of the Retail Sales reports that come in via e-mail
  • Ensure the e-mails are processed by the scheduled job as is and if not do the necessary remediation steps
  • Resolve support incidents and tasks by communicating with users and closing tickets
  • Performs advanced administrative and security tasks for a variety of applications and software
  • Acts as point of escalation for internal IT Support team
