Job Summary


Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot and solutions, to business in SFDC-CPQ related tasks and issues.
Maintains and configures Salesforce-CPQ standard and custom objects, such as approvals, pricebooks, products, quotes, orders, accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, contracts, assets, sharing rules or custom settings.
Troubleshoots and fixes defects in products and pricing rules, discounts schedules, product bundles, approval rules, quote templates and integration issues with upstream and downstream applications.
Knowledge of Lead to Order business processes such as New business, renewals, returns and contracts.
Uploads bulk data and assists in data analysis and data migration activities by using Data Import Wizard, Data Loader or Workbench
Provides ongoing support to different Salesforce modules, apps or third party apps, such as Conga, Dell Boomi
Assists the development team in deployment and testing different areas and modules, data migration activities, user provisioning and releases.

Participates as a member of an IT technical team, Implements end-user or enterprise infrastructure or services as prepared by more senior engineers.
Provides end user basic support of SFDC-CPQ platforms and services, communicates effectively and resolves issues as per SLA.
Monitors the environment and resolves issues utilizing available knowledge reference documentation.
