Role: Senior OPT Recruiter

Job Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad 81, India

Office Time: 8.00pm to 5.00am IST (Night Shift)US

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong Experience in Hiring USC / GC / OPT / CPT / H4 / TN visa candidates from Job Portals, University Networks, Social Networking Sites and other sources.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and familiarity of key technologies.
• Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for candidates utilizing skills in social networking, cold calling, internet searches and professional networks
• Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
• Maintain an active database of OPT/CPT Students
• Able to procure project transfer resources through referrals or own database.
• Knowledge of USA Visas / Immigration policies, Tax Terms
• Conduct initial phone screening, understand their competencies and skill sets.
• Explain about compensation, benefits and other terms and conditions.
