Role: Senior OPT Recruiter
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Education/Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad 81, India
Office Time: 8.00pm to 5.00am IST (Night Shift)US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Experience in Hiring USC / GC / OPT / CPT / H4 / TN visa candidates from Job Portals, University Networks, Social Networking Sites and other sources.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and familiarity of key technologies.
- Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for candidates utilizing skills in social networking, cold calling, internet searches and professional networks
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Maintain an active database of OPT/CPT Students
- Able to procure project transfer resources through referrals or own database.
- Knowledge of USA Visas / Immigration policies, Tax Terms
- Conduct initial phone screening, understand their competencies and skill sets.
- Explain about compensation, benefits and other terms and conditions.
