Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • The Engineer is preferred to have 3+ years of expertise on NetIQ Identity Governance and related products.

Expert on. Conversant with Privilege Access Management and IG solutions and comfortable to work on the following.

  • Work with the other Systems Engineers in the support of Privilege Access Management.
  • Net IQ PAM Privileged Access Management Tools implementation and Administration
  • MicroFocus eDirectory or Active Directory Expertise. Ability to understand and manage the Directory Services, the key fields in the objects and ensure the identity lifecycle in the Directories are as per agreed policies.
  • Ability to generate reports
  • Understand the concepts of Identity Governance and work on NetIQ IG
  • Familiar with Microfocus IDM
  • User Access Management Tool (UAM) implementation and support
  • Provide day-to-day system administration support to assigned systems
  • Manage, develop (as needed), test and implement new deployments of systems
  • Maintain system documentation (such as As-Built documents for each application)
  • Establish and monitor User Identity lifecycle
  • Provide 3rd level technical support to end-users and team members
  • Monitor servers for performance and maintain system environment according to industry best practices
  • Provide on-call support for the systems administration group according to the on call schedule
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service skills
  • A proven team player with strong interpersonal skills that has a track record of following directions and company policies
  • Java Scripting
