Job Summary
6+ years of experience with hands-on development in SFDC technologies.
Should be proficient in Salesforce design, configurations, customizations, integration and Salesforce reporting.
Mandatory experience on Sales cloud and service cloud
Experienced in Salesforce data migration in various environments including production.
Perform design reviews and own the technical build for the complete project.
Experience with Change Sets or any release management tool strongly preferred
Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong debugging skills towards integrated application
Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies
One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud)
Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator, Advanced Developer certifications preferred
QA Lead F1 (Offshore)
8 to 12 years of experience with proficient in Salesforce Testing
Should be proficient in Salesforce testing on Sales or Service cloud.
Should own the complete testing, creating metrics, status report for management.
Should drive defect triage calls and drive the testing effort for the project.
Experience in QA processes like preparing test plans, writing test scripts and doing test execution.
Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies
One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud)
Excellent communication skill
