Job Summary
- Provide technical advice, governance andsolutiondelivery for internal business and IT initiatives
- Stakeholder management and requirements analysis
- Investigating and resolving technical problems
- Provide direction to the business and technical teams throughout the project, maintaining focus on the core aims:
- Minimum risk
- Minimum customization to systems
- Simplicity over complexity
- Identification of core business differentiators as the only justification for customization - Provide input to decisions on:
- Technology stack
- Non-functional requirements
- Business requirements
- Design, build and test phases
- Experience in working within complex finance and CRM systems and business change projects
- Ability to understand business issues and challenges, and translate to architecturesolutions
- Strong interpersonal skills: proven ability to influence and gain consensus
- Ability to engage at various technical and management levels, with ability to develop relationships across an organization
- Experience of IT change and transformation resulting from M&A activity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good to Have
- Expertise in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce.com and Pardot all advantageous
- Experience or certification in an industry recognised architecture framework (preferred), e.g. TOGAF
