Job Summary

3- 5 year experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems management), operations, monitoring and Data Center support.

2- 3 years technical knowledge of the applicable platform that you will be responsible for: UNIX ,Windows ,VMWare & Citrix

Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Core components is mandatory. (DNS, DHCP, WINS)

Knowledge of Enterprise class x86 servers (HP, IBM & DELL) is mandatory.

Knowledge of Remote Admin Tool is mandatory.

Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts.

Basic understanding of Storage and back up concepts.

Willingness to develop strong competencies in Windows platform support

Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Good communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory.

Knowledge of HP monitoring like Site scope, HPSIM , etc. will be a plus.

**** This Position if for 24X7 Support and candidate would work in rotational shifts (5 Days/Week 9 Hours Support) support from Bangalore Office location.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience

Monitors business performance to ensure effectiveness as part of the role and fix issues proactively.

Handle Customer Calls and Support Data Center Infrastructure Issues effectively ( Calls 20% , Monitoring 20% , L1/L2 Requests 60%)

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
