Job Summary
- Minimum 5 years experience VMware, Windows servers, Blade Chassis, Virtual Connect switches, and supporting tools in customers environment.
- Expert in vCenter ,vSAN, Vrops, vMotion, VMware Tools, vSphere Replication, SRM & Hypervisor upgrades
- Provide security measures, vulnerability assessment and maintain patch management with SCCM and ensure compliance.
- Expert knowledge on troubleshooting of Operating system Boot and system recovery issues and Cluster related issues
- Knowledge on Cisco UCS.
- Hands-on knowledge in various recovery scenarios of AD, DNS, DHCP, Clusters and DR
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system, Windows Patch Management and managing Active Directory Domain Controllers.
- Must possess real-world hands-on experience with developing PowerShell scripts from scratch.
- Should also have ability to create/enhance scripts to control and automate the administration of the Windows operating system and applications that run on Windows Server environment such as Active Directory
- Experienced in Hyper converged Infrastructure (Hyperflex)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must adherence to the use of the ticketing system for All incidents, changes and problems
- Have worked with multi-vendor environment and knowledge of layers of escalations to external Vendor support as and when required to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
