Job Summary

Payroll Support Executive
Work with clients on Implementation of HRMS / Payroll Application
Requirement Gathering (define & document client requirement)
Scope documentation (draft and agree project plans and fee quotes)
Process mapping (Manage and provide professional services for the software as required during the entire project life cycle)
Training (provide training for users of the software and develop training materials)
Coordination between client requirement and development team (maintain regular communication with implementation manager and product teams to discuss support issues and feature request)
End user support ( post implementation support)
Demonstration of Product
