Job Description:

• Experience on ecommerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart for
  • Product listing
  • Order handling
  • Ensuring day-to-day E-commerce operations and seamless order fulfillment on our upcoming new E-commerce website and marketplaces i.e. Amazon, Flipkart etc.
  • Manage the company E-commerce portal and marketplace
  • Processing daily orders and managing the portal for matters related to payments, product uploads, changes to listings, stock updates and promotions
  • Ensure courier pickups and update accounts on dispatches
  • Monitor sales returns and update accounts
  • Resolving customer queries related to item delivery, return, replacement, payment method and product information
  • Maintain and analyze monthly sales data as well as innovating offers to boost sales
  • Site issues management and escalation
  • Managing reconciliation reports like inventory, order and payment
  • Inventory management on daily basis
  • Customer interaction including handling customers queries.
  • Managing the B-2-B channel for PO and ensuring the timely delivery
  • Check Title & description report
  • Amazon Browse Nodes / Flipkart Verticals Category updates
  • Watch Ranking
  • Reduce Cancellation

  • v. After sales survey

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 years working experience in E-commerce sale on Amazon & Flipkart
• Proficiency in Internet and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
