Job Summary

To be aware of the project scope that s/he is working on.
To design, plan and conduct crystallisation experiments skilfully, generate relevant analytical data and interpret the same.
To observe and record observations meticulously and in a timely manner in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
To share and discuss the observations and data with supervisor.
To give scientific inputs during the course of the project.
To work closely with colleagues from Process R&D and Process Engineering as part of project CrossFunctional Teams (CFTs) to ensure effective project delivery.
To support scale-up batches with diligent observations, recording and updating the supervisor.
To be independent in maintaining their fume cupboard and crystallisation equipment as per established lean/ 5S protocols, and setting up their experiments and analysis planning.
In-depth, hands-on expertise and up-to-date knowledge of crystallisation development and/or polymorph & version screening.
Learning agility in the utilisation of new laboratory technologies and approaches to support projects
Deliver crystallisation processes for starting materials, intermediates and APIs to enable scale-up and supply from Kilo-Labs, pilot scale and manufacturing.

Qualification :
M.Sc. Organic Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences discipline.
