Job Summary
10+ years implementing, designing and managing Kronos v6 and v7 to Kronos 8.0 Cloud
Over 15 years experience with Kronos business process workflow, architecture, fit-gap analysis, system design, testing, end-user training, reports development, and production support
10+ years experience with MSSQL
Ability to configure complex pay/work rules
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
10+ year experience with WIM, and integrating with HR, finance and other external systems
Managed Kronos offshore and onshore resources
Highly skilled in developing and integrating Kronos in complex environments
Ability to analyze and interpret Business Requirement Design documents to deliver detailed technical design docs
Played a lead role in upgrading Kronos from an on-prem environment to the Kronos hosted cloud
Create, document, and communicate the Kronos integration approach
Perform design reviews of Kronos solutions to ensure the design aligns with requirements
Experience with SAP integration
Roles and Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology is preferred10+ years implementing, designing and managing Kronos v6 and v7 to Kronos 8.0 Cloud
