Job Summary

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing strategies that promote the company or brand's products and services.

Managing various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the audience.

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

Collaborate with content, design and development teams to create promotional creatives, landing pages and optimize user experience backed by a basic understanding of development and design aspects and in depth understanding of content marketing.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Engage and respond to client requirements and queries.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
